Programme Overview
The Cambridge–JA Innovation Leadership Programme brings together the academic excellence of the University of Cambridge and the entrepreneurial spirit of Junior Achievement. Over two immersive weeks, students engage in high-impact lectures, hands-on workshops, and cultural exploration designed to inspire leadership, creativity, and a global perspective.
Red Arc Global Education leverages the Cambridge–JA model to strengthen students’ innovation mindset, entrepreneurial literacy, and international exposure, ensuring they are not only learning from Cambridge faculty but also applying those insights to real-world projects within our PBL curriculum.
Distinguished Faculty
Meet some of the outstanding educators who have previously guided our students.

Matthias Dörrzapf, Ph.D.
Director of Studies in Mathematics and Director of Scholarships & International Programmes, St John's College, University of Cambridge
Dr. Dörrzapf oversees international academic collaborations and scholarship initiatives at St John's College. His research and leadership focus on advancing educational access and supporting international scholars within the Cambridge community.

Prof. Jason W.A. Robinson
Professor of Materials Physics, Joint Head of the Department of Materials Science & Metallurgy, University of Cambridge
Professor Robinson's research explores quantum materials, superconductivity, and nanoscale device engineering. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials Minerals & Mining (FIMMM) and an active leader in interdisciplinary innovation between materials science and applied physics.

Prof. Ian Goodfellow
Professor of Virology and Deputy Head of the Department of Pathology,
University of Cambridge
Professor Goodfellow is a leading authority in molecular viroloay and RNA virus replication. His pioneering work on noroviruses and viral pathogenesis has shaped global understanding of viral
biology and informed advances in public health and biomedical science.

Jeremiah Liew, M.Ed.
Learning Officer, Red Arc GlobaEducation Group; Principal Academic Counsellor, JA China Partnership Program; Director of PBL Learning, Cross Point Academy Shanghai.
Jeremiah Liew is a Cambridge-trained educator with master’s degrees from Cambridge and Imperial College London. A UK-qualified clinical pharmacis. At Red Arc, he leads learning strategy and curriculum design, shaping high-impact student company experiences and talent development pathways.

Strategic Leadership Academic Lecture
Explore the "Cambridge Phenomenon," analyzing how world-leading innovation ecosystems evolve around research excellence and entrepreneurship.
JA Be Entrepreneurial
Learn how successful entrepreneurs think, innovate, and turn creative ideas into actionable business plans.
Workshop Sessions
Engage in interactive, challenge-based
learning that bridges theory and practice through real-world case studies.
Group Supervision
Receive personalized academic mentoring and peer collaboration to sharpen analytical and leadership skills.
Project Presentation
Present final group projects evaluated by faculty and mentors for both creativity and feasibility.
Life and Cultural Experience
Beyond the classroom, participants experience authentic Cambridge traditions - from exploring historic colleges and punting on the River Cam to attending formal dinners and cultural visits.
These activities provide deep insight into British academic and social life while fostering cross-cultural understanding and confidence
